DESCRIPTION:Owosso Main Street is excited to launch the first-ever Main Street Winter Wreath-Off\, a new holiday pilot program celebrating downtown creativity and community spirit. \n12 downtown businesses have each received the same wreath to decorate and display in or outside their storefronts. From traditional holiday charm to imaginative\, one-of-a-kind designs\, each wreath adds a unique touch of cheer to Downtown Owosso. \nCommunity members are invited to visit participating locations\, enjoy the festive displays\, and vote for their favorites.
