Maintenance Request

This form is used to report maintenance needs in public spaces within Downtown Owosso, such as damaged infrastructure, safety concerns, or vandalism. Examples include graffiti on public benches, damaged waste receptacles, broken signage, or downed streetlights. Please note that this form is not intended for private property concerns, such as building façades. When submitting a request, we ask that you provide as much detail as possible, including nearby addresses, landmarks, or the name of the closest business. You may also upload photos to help us better understand the issue. While we cannot guarantee a timeline for repairs, all submissions are reviewed and help us prioritize maintenance needs throughout downtown.
