Don’t miss the 35th Annual Farm City Dinner on Tuesday, April 9th! The guest speaker is Sean Harris, Senior Development Manager for Ranger Power. (Solar energy development) His responsibilities include land acquisition, permitting, project management, GIS management, as well as agriculture and community outerach.
Prior to joining Ranger, Sean worked for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in their sustainable
agriculture laboratory where he supported the farm industry and implemented USDA community stakeholder
engagement initiatives. Sean has also worked as an Environmental Scientist at an engineering firm where his
responsibilities include Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, site remediation, and storm-weather management plans. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland.
