The Curwood Festival is a celebration of the American novelist James Oliver Curwood in Owosso, Michigan. The annual Curwood Festival started on the 100th anniversary of the birth of James Oliver Curwood. He lived in Owosso and was a famous author and conservationist. Now, the Curwood Festival happens for four days during the first full weekend of June. The 2024 Festival will be held June 6-9 in Owosso, Michigan. This year we will be celebrating our 47th Anniversary. We hope you can come out and join us!
