Main Street Meetup: Revolving Loan & Grant Program

The Revolving Loan & Grant Program supports the growth and revitalization of Owosso’s Central Business District, Corridor Business District, and General Business District by providing financial assistance for projects such as historic preservation, façade improvements, building accessibility, upper-story housing, and restaurant and retail upgrades. This program is designed to help businesses and property owners invest in our downtown’s future.
Owosso Main Street and the Michigan Small Business Development Center will host an in-person meeting on Tuesday, October 7th, at 6 PM in the Council Chambers on the lower level of City Hall, 301 W. Main Street.
Current and prospective Owosso business and commercial property owners are invited to attend to learn more about the program. This program is not restricted to the downtown district.
