Our Glow Owosso Volunteers have coordinated a new holiday shopping promotion!
For every $10 you spend in a participating store on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, you’ll receive an entry for our drawing. We’ll be giving away nearly $2,000 worth of gift certificates and prizes from downtown businesses!!!
