Join us in Downtown Owosso on Friday, February, 24th from 5-8 p.m. for a sweet stroll and an amazing community experience. Nearly 40 local business owners and community partners will be providing delicious chocolates and other prizes for ticket holders.

CASTLE NIGHTS
A collaboration between Downtown Owosso Farmers Market, the Owosso Historical Commission, the Owosso Amphitheater, and Owosso Main Street/DDA , this six week community festival is held on the beautiful grounds of Curwood Castle along side the Shiawassee River and across from the Mitchell Amphitheater. Held on Thursday nights (June through July) in Summer from 5-9pm, each Thursday brings you a variety of entertainment, shopping, food and FUN! Food Trucks, Artisan’s, Fresh locally grown produce, Live music, Museums, Arts & Crafts, Children’s play area, and so much more!
OWOSSO AMPHITHEATER
In collaboration with the Castle Market, enjoy an amazing river front experience and an extraordinary musical performance at the Owosso Ampitheater. The market is on the grounds of Curwood Castle Park just across the foot bridge from the amphitheater. Food, shopping and music awaits YOU!
CURWOOD FESTIVAL
Happening on the first weekend in June every year, the Curwood Festival commemorates James Oliver Curwood and the City of Owosso’s heritage, providing a weekend of fun, relaxation, and homecoming.

CRUISE THE PITS
Since the 1950’s we’ve gone to downtown Owosso to “Cruise the Pits”. Many generations have experienced the thrill of cruising low-and-slow around a packed downtown Owosso on a hot summer night. Now it returns with an annual celebration of cruising, a car show, concerts, and more. Join us for this renewed celebration every third weekend in July for “Cruise the Pits”. See you in the driver’s seat!
OWOSSO VINTAGE MOTORCYCLE DAYS
Owosso Vintage Motorcycle Days is an annual event held on the fourth weekend in August in Downtown Owosso. The event highlights vintage and cafe-style motorcycles from throughout the country! Activities include a Vintage Motorcycle Show as well as an ALL-motorcycle community ride that takes off from the Historic Curwood Castle.
ARTWALK OWOSSO
Artwalk Owosso is an annual celebration of art, music, food, photography, sculpture, literature, craft, and community. On the second Saturday in September, stroll through the beautiful downtown and visiting local businesses and meeting amazing artists. Experience live art demonstrations throughout the event. Make a stop at Shiawassee Arts Center where they are offering a hands on experience for kids of all ages of all ages. Explore Owosso Historical Commission – The Curwood Collection and visit The Armory to see the amazing exhibition of art. Enjoy a day away in Downtown Owosso!

The mission of the Glow Events is to promote a warm and inviting atmosphere; to encourage families to gather and socialize and to build a strong community. Come to Downtown Owosso and enjoy our lighted parade, horse drawn carriage rides, and of course a visit with Santa!

The Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce created Oktoberfest in 2014 to celebrate the spirit of friendship and to honor Shiawassee County’s heritage and agricultural traditions.
NEW YEARS EVE BLOCK PARTY
Join us for the Annual Downtown Owosso NYE Block Party/Ball Drop! It’s always a great way to usher in the new year with all your friends & neighbors. A live DJ, free ice skating on our synthetic ice skating rink, the Downtown Owosso NYE Ball (we call her Lucille) with over 10,000 lights, and a firework show at Midnight are all part of the festivities.
